Medical Gauze Production Line

Medical gauze loom TDM-710 is suitable for making all gauze fabrics and baby products.

Stable Operation

This machine adopts box type side frames, beam and the middle brackets, which formed the high strength frameworks to make looms high speed running more stable.

 

Weft Insertion System

This machine adopts profiled reed, and the main and sub nozzle to get smooth weft insertion channel and make weft insertion more stable. Equipped with new type energy-saving weft insertion system, which can shorten air path, increase jet sensitivity and reduce air consumption.

 

Beating-Up Mechanism

Optimally-designed 4-link rod beating-up mechanism is of short stroke and small vibration, and can effect strong beating-up while high-speed operation, suitable to high-speed narrow loom.

 

Double Weft Feeler

Adopt double-feeler type not only for short weft,but also for Iong weft and broken weft; utilize digital control technology and intelligent signal processing to enhance feeling accuracy and reliability.

 

Automatic Dividing Pick Storer

Adopt automatic dividing pick storer to avoid yarn intertwist, suitable for all kinds of yarn; weft sensor is fixed on the pick storer to raise the success rate of weft insertion; adopt permanent magnet brushless DC motor control to reduce energy consumption, increase the reaction speed and make the system more stable.

 

Automation

Large screen liquid LCD,with functions of parameter setting, automatic control, automatic monitoring and self-diagnosis; automatic shed finding and USB data interface.
