Friction Spinning Machine
It is suitable for pure cotton, waste cotton, polypropylene, polyester, acrylic, aramid, core-spun yarn and other fibers, suitable for spinning 0.5Ne-3Ne materials, widely used in filter materials, water filtration, water treatment, aramid bulletproof vests, mop yarn, brake belts of ships and trucks, etc.

Rack structure

The frame has reasonable and stable structure, and is easy to adjust vertically and horizontally, simple and decent.

 

Guiding bar

The technology of drafting to feed by elevated trolley is applied in conjunction with optical auto-stop for breakage prevention to make the feed quality stable and reliable. Unexpected draft is minimized meanwhile to prevent re-feeding of fiber.

  

Draft

Dual roller groove rotary holding. Upper roller reduces vibration, increases pressure for stable driving. Minor draft ratio helps fiber extension. Lower roller has anti - winding device. Manual switch at draft - to - feed unit for manual feeding or clearing congested wool tops. 

  

Fiber input

The unique large fiber input mechanism is particularly suitable for spinning thick or extraordinary thick yarn, which increases the yarn yield up to a level which is much beyond the capacity of the other models of machine.

 
 

Twisting mechanism

The twisting dust cage, made of quality materials with an anti - static coating, is light, hard, breathable and rotates flexibly. This boosts twisting efficiency, ensuring stable and strong yarn. Supported by double bearing seats, it suits high - speed rotation and has a longer service life. 

Negative pressing and dust removing

Negative pressure sources, channels, and ports are well - allocated to ensure even negative pressure efficiently. The port negative pressure difference is ≤5%. Exhaust removes and collects dust at each spinneret for collective discharge. A gettering box can be set up according to fiber types. 

Output and winding

Independent output device enables adjustment of winding force randomly. Winding groove drum has two options of bake lite and alloy.
