Main Feature :
The Auto-Winder Linked With Spinning Frame VCRO-E is of high quality and features automatic bobbin feeding from the spinning frame to the auto-winder. This improves yarn cleanliness and avoids yarn contact damage. It also addresses the friction between the package of the spinning frame and speed, enhancing the spindle speed of the spinning frame and increasing productivity. This innovation saves manpower and enhances automation.

1.Anti-patterning system
New type of electronic anti-pattering system, adopting balance pressurre regulating in ratio, functions during the whole winding process to elirinate the formation of critical pattemed yam. Multi-type of drums optional for different yarn:s meet the requirement of package building and capacity.
2.Closed drum cover
New type of closed drum cover can efficiently prevent package yarn tail from throwing off, greatly reduce yarn wrap on small bobbin side, prevent bobbin building problem, enhance one-time head suction successful rate, Electronic anti-wrap drum can prevent yan wrap on drum and stepped winding yam, optimize package building and reduce material waste.
3.Close-loop control
Newly increased tension close-loop control ensures even doffing tension, ehance winding speed 10-20% and production efficiency 2-5%
4.DC brushless motor
Comparing with traditional belt drive, DC brushless motor coaxial drivewinding drum could reduce the electricity comsumption and improve thhe productivity due to the elimination of the power loss caused by belt friction and slipping.
5.Electronic clearer controls
Electronic clearer controls yam quality, including yarn joint quality, durwhole winding process, two different yarn cleaner settings are adopted formal yam winding and joint respectively. The most advanced electronic yammodels can be equipped. Foreign fiber detecting function can be close as optional.
6.Splicing system
Splicing system adopts modular-design for easy installation andI maintenance. Different types of splicers can be interchanged according to different customer requirement

This type is the new generation of auto-winder with a tray developed by Tongda's own research. The new auto-winder can meet the requirements of customers from Ne.6 to the highest count of yarn. It is featured with improvements in stable and reliable performance, winding into a perfect package, and is easier to operate. Its brightest spot is the spinning quality tracking system, which uses RFID (radio-frequency identification) technology. The faulty bobbins can be traced back to the spindle of the spinning machine, thereby solving the spinning problem and improving the quality of yarn.
 
Automatically transporting yarn packages and feeding bobbins not only saves labor but also connects the two labor-intensive procedures directly to realize automation and continuous production. This improves quality and enhances productivity.
