Adopt New Anti-Stack Method
The new electronic anti-patterning system with ratio pressure regulation eliminates patterned yarn. Multiple drums meet diverse yarn needs. A closed drum cover prevents yarn throw-off and improves suction success, while the anti-wrap drum optimizes winding and reduces waste.
New Tension
Newly increased tension close-loop control ensures even doffing tension, enhance winding speed 10-20% and production efficiency 2-5%. New type of soft tension structure can stabilize yarn tension and enhance production efficiency.
New Mechanical Design
New soft tension structure reduces cleaning load and lint winding. Optimized yarn catcher cuts choking. Single - belt empty bobbin system prevents jams, reduces belt damage, and a new selection box aids operators.
Electronic Yarn Clearer
The yarn quality is controlled throughout the process, including the control of the joint quality; two different yarn clearing settings are used for the normal winding section and the joint, and various types of electronic yarn clearers can be configured.
Modular Design of Splicing Device
The splicer adopts modular design, which is easy to disassemble and maintain. It can be interchanged among several types according to your different needs. The main types of splicers are: 798Q air splicer, water mist splicer.
