Semi Worsted Combined Cashmere Carding Machine for Wool Yarn Spinning

This TD288 Combined machine line including the Feeder, the Opening&Rectiliner Combing Machine, the Cashmere Carding machine, which is applicable to carding of materials like cashmere, camel's hair, yak wool, etc. The washed cashmere will be fed uniformly through this machine's automatic feeder after these materials are preliminarily opened by the teaser card after being gradually opened, dehaired and removed of coarse wools and trashes, and then be made into high content of quasi dehaired wool for the next process to make standard dehaired wool. This machine has two main parts: the opening & carding part and the rectilinear combing and coarse-removing part, between which is connected by the flat lattice.

Application	It's used to store materials in reserve box, to precisely pluck suitable materials within unit time through the inclined spike lattice and to evenly convey materials to the next process.	The main function is to open materials and remove coarse wools. After being process by this machine, materials will be opened into parallel and straight filaments, while large amount of dusts, burrs andcoarse wools are removed.

Four groups of coarse-removing rollers are of different speeds, and can remove coarse wools gradually without hair droppings and with a large amount of coarse wools and trashes removed. Inverter control, adjust the speed according to diferent materials and output, simple and prompt. Special carding clothing is fixed.
