It is applied to continuous process of desizing, scouring & bleaching for cotton, P/C, linen and their blends, to get rid of impurity in the raw fabric like pulp, greasy dirt, and pectin. The absorption, whiteness will be improved to meet the high requirement of dyeing and printing process.

COLD PAD BATCH DYEING MACHINE

It is used for cold pad batch dyeing process of cotton, flax and their blendings. FEATURES - It adopts high- quality low liquid level control to minimize the liquid volume. - It is equipped with refrigerating device to delay the hydrolysis speed of reactive dye liquid. - The dye liquid will be cooled in feeding buffer tank. -The fabrics will be cooled by cooling rollers before entering the dyeing tank, the surface temperature will be reduced. The cooling of fabric surface is important as the cooling of dye liquid. -In order to keep the pick up rate and its uniformity, it adopts centre batching device, the special structure achieves touchless between and fabric surface on batch package feeding roller. - The dyeing padder is uniform pressure padder and adopts oil pressure mode.
