FX111 Hackling machine and FX212 Auto Spreader Machine, which is newly developed by our company. There are 8 reduction gears and 2
sservo motor installed in the complete machine
Adopting modern controls like PLC, inverters,and touchscreens integrates mechanical and pneumatic systems, automating flax fiber to
sliver processing.
This shortens process routes, boosts electromechanical integration, adjusts hackle/slivering parameters easily, enhances efficiency and
quality, reduces labor (5-7 people per shift),lowers intensity and maintenance costs.
It's an ideal replacement for traditional hackling and sliver processes, using advanced international technology.
