Main Feature :

Silver can have wear resistance and impact resistance, made from pure new material. The anti-static body is constructed from HDPE material with an appropriate anti-static mixture, featuring seamless welding, a smooth and flat finish, and stability. The spring material is 65mm High Carbon Element Structure Steel, shaped into a hollow column by automated machinery, enlarging the middle and lower diameters. This design overcomes the limitations of traditional thin twist springs, such as inclination and fatigue, ensuring the pallet operates stably after bearing pressure and without height loss.

2. The anti-static body is made from HDPE material with apopropriate anti-static mixture,ensure the anti-static capacity timeliness after Italian material processing, seamless welding,smooth and plane, firmly and stable.
3. The pallet is made of ABS (Qimei 757), high intensity, wear-resistance, and plane with-out deformed.
4.The wheel adopts our company's patent products " selfcleaning sliver can's specialwheel".

 

5.The spring material is 65mm High Carbon Element Strructure Steel, processes the Hollow Column-shaped by auto-machines, enlarges the upmiddle and down diameters size.
The products overcome the defect of traditional thin twist sppring's inclination and fatigue char acters, and guarantee the pallet working stably after bearingpressure and no height atrophy of using spring. The ability to bear pressure does not decreaseWe recommend to use the lift bal anced support spring if the large type sliver can(> Ø 500).
