BGO01 Wool Automatic Batching Machine
This automatic batching machine handles various baled fibers (wool/cotton/synthetics). After pre-opening, materials are ready for openers or blending willows, ensuring uniform mixing and efficient production.
BC300 Type Wool-Mixing Machine
This machine processes washed wool/chemical fibers, loosening, mixing, and cleaning them while adding emulsified oil for uniform blending, preparing fibers for carding and sliver production in wool spinning.
HMC300 Intelligent Wool Mixing Bin
This system proportionally batches raw materials via batching machines, opens fibers through blending willows, and uniformly mixes them in mixing silos using cross-laying and longitudinal grabbing. It supports automatic oil/water replenishment and multi-stage mixing. Mixed materials are then conveyed via air ducts to storage silos for carding machine use.
HMC300-S Intelligent Fiber Mixing Silo
The intelligent fiber mixing system precisely batches materials via weighing, pre-mixes them through a fiber opener, and evenly spreads them in silos via rotating spinners. The lifting curtain vertically grabs fibers for re-mixing, while automatic oil/water application ensures uniformity. Finally, blended fibers are conveyed to the carding machine.
FB1268 Wool Carding Machine
This roller & flat carding machine opens, blends, and cleans colored spinnable fibers, straightening them into individual fibers and forming uniform slivers for the next process.
