The thickened and heavier box-type machine body, electronic weft storage, frequency conversion to adjust weft density, active warp feeding and other features make the machine run more smoothly, with higher efficiency, lower material consumption, easier operation and better product quality.
High Precision Weaving System
It is driven by a servo motor and ensures uniform arrangement of warp and weft yarns through closed-loop tension control (accuracy ±0.1N). It is equipped with electronic warp let-off (EBC) and electronic take-up (ETC) systems to avoid yarn fluctuations caused by traditional mechanical transmission.
Multi-axial Braiding Capability
It supports plain, twill, satin and complex three-dimensional woven structures (such as geogrids), and can quickly switch weaves through digital heald frames (up to 32 pieces).

The loom width can be expanded, and product specifications can be quickly switched (such as from narrow packaging bags to wide geotextiles) through quick-change yarn guides and shed modules.
High Compatibility
It is suitable for various forms of raw materials such as PP/PE flat yarn, split film yarn, monofilament, etc. The specially designed static elimination device can avoid yarn entanglement caused by friction of synthetic fibers.
