Direct Drive Electric Spindle
•Direct drive motorized spindle system uses AC permanentmagnet synchronous motor, the system efficiency is up to 95%, the operation efficiency range is 20% - 125%% of the rated load. Remove reactive power loss, save more electricity
•Direct drive of motorized spindle eliminates brake disc and belt disc, which further reduces transmissionloss. The energy saving rate of the direct drive motorized spindle syystem is as high as 20%-30%.
•The motorized spindle system can steplessly adjust the loom speed, whileensuring the efficiency of the loom, it can increase the speed of more than 10 r/min. Taking 5000r/min as an example, 1000 looms are equivalent to 20-60 looms in operation, which should notbe underestimated
