Constant Yarn Speed
The warping beam is directly driven, the variable frequency control motor has achieved stepless setting for yarn warping speed, and the yam speed is constant.
Indirect Pressure by Roller
It prevents jumping during the pressurization process, making the warp beam round and even. The pressure roller is hydraulically braked, and it is instantly disengaged during braking to avoid friction between the pressure roller and the yarn surface.
Caliper Brake
It adopts efficient caliper brakes on the left and right warp beams and guide roller caliper brakes, which provide smooth and rapid braking.The left and right synchronous mechanical snapping device adopts cone gear form to make the centering precise, ensuring the synchronous performance of the warp beam torsion and braking.
Anti-Winding Device
Installed between reed and guide roller; auto-beats during start to evenly rearrange yarn.Cleans reed teeth via gap blowing; left/right + up/down swinging prevents wear and ensures uniform yarn winding.
High Length Measurement Accuracy
The length measurement method of interconnecting the pressure roller and the warp beam has higher length measurement accuracy.
Fully Enclosed Windshield
The operation adopts a combination of buttons and touch screen according to actual needs, the functions are more reasonable, and a fully enclosed windshield is adopted, which will automatically open when the equipment stops running, making the operation more convenient and quick.
No Crossed Threads
When stopping or starting, threads may get crossed between the comb and deflecting roll. They may often lead to end breaks when sizing. The automatic uncrossing device (patented worldwide) ensures that the thread array is restored immediately after starting.
Indirect Pressing With Active Kick-back
The hard - paper presser roll with strong end rings resists damage. As the yarn diameter on the beam grows, it moves back against the pre - set pressing force, ensuring a perfectly cylindrical winding through indirect pressing. Hydraulically, it swings away immediately during braking to avoid friction with the yarn.
Exact Centering and Beam Holding
The standard equipment is intended for back beams with 40° toothed internal taper. The teeth ensure exact centering as well as non-slip drive and braking. The machine can also use the beams with pin installed.
Short Braking Distances
To avoid rolled-in threads, in the event of a thread break the direct warper must be able to be stopped in a short distance, even at the highest speeds and with a fully wound beam. This is performed by hydraulically operated disc brakes mounted to both sides.
