Product Description
It is mainly used in the textile printing and dyeing industry. It can be used for the setting of cotton, linen, chemical fiber and blended fabrics to stabilize the size, improve the hand feel and appearance. After dyeing, it can enhance the color fastness.

Modular Design
The tension setting of the tension sensor arranged between the centering device and the padder is convenient and accurate.The computer operation interface displays the set value and the actual value, which is more intuitive and clear, and meets the requirements of data management.
It consists of two solid rollers, one is a cylindrical solid roller and the other is a waist drum solid roller. It applies uniform pressure through a pneumatic actuator and adjusts the required pressure to sort and dehydrate the fabric.
Simple and user-friendly human-machine interface, easy to operate. Graphically labeled virtual buttons make it easy for operators to operate quickly and skillfully. All machine operating parameters are displayed on the same interface. Functions such as process storage, history query, and fault alarm can be configured.
Exactly control the process of putting on needles. Cloth holding device guarantee low tension, scratch-free,and can send into the oven at the same time. Pulp fabric edge devices and steam humidification devices are adjustable to meet the different processing needs.
The top overfeed rate is between -30%- +80% to meet different requirements of fabrics. Both left and right overfeed rate are adjusted separately. Compressed air uncurler unfolds the fabric before pinning.
Specifically design for easy turned edge and sensitive woven or knitted fabric. Choose the single Blower-cover or the double Blower-cover According to the situation. The Angle and height of the Blower-cover can be adjusted to ensure the amount of the Blower-cover.
The insulation panel uses 150 - thick high - density material to minimize heat loss, with sealed connections. The 1600mm chamber is energy - efficient. Air locks are at fabric openings. A side ventilating damper prevents surface marks, bypass flaps protect fabrics during stops, and it has internal/external exhaust options.
The indirect heating design uses a special stainless - steel heat exchanger to transfer high - temperature combustion - zone heat to oven air. This prevents sensitive light - colored fabrics from yellowing and enhances fabric processing quality.
Minimize edge loss: The outer edge of the starched fabric is cut off at the entrance. In addition, the cut edge is cleaned by the suction blower. Since the lower wheel and blade are designed to be inclined, it is possible to cut the edge at the end and minimize the loss.
Adopt high-quality three-phase AC variable frequency motor, and achieve precise synchronization through control unit. Integrated direct drive device, maintenance and energy consumption are reduced to the minimum. Independent drive design, space saving and good heat dissipation effect.
Vector control mode, can form closed-loop vector control, closed-loop torque control; high overload capacity, built-in braking unit; three groups of parameter switching function.
The Environment Friendly Exhaust System
The heat recovery system is high heat efficiency, and saves about 20%-30% energy after fresh air enter into the chamber via this heat recovery system.The heated fresh air prevents oil dripping due to the big temperature difference in the chamber.
The design of exhaust duct is energy saving, improves the fabric feelings and keep the chamber humidity at the best state.
Saces energy and improve efficiency about 2%-3%(depending on the production).
Both exhaust fan and supplement fan are variable-frequency control.
Box design occupies little space.
Integrated heat ex-changer can be dismantled for cleaning and maintenance.
Reduce the thermal radiation and the ambient temperature in the workshop.
