Electronic Drafting

The front, middle and back rollers are driven by individual servo motor instead of traditional gear system, laying the foundation of intelligence by realizing online adjustment and remote monitoring of process digitization.It can meet customers' demands for fancy yarn spinning such as slub yarn and injection yarn.

  
 

Auto Doffing System

With a vertical steel bank tray system, once the yarn reaches its full bobbin, bobbin pulling, placing and conveying can be done automatically instead of manual doffing. This reduces the labor intensity of workers, improves both doffing and production efficiency and increases the spinning profit rate.

Convenient Operation

The equipment features a user-friendly man-machine interface, ensuring straightforward operation and clear visual feedback. The new interface design minimizes operational complexity, allowing for efficient and intuitive control with minimal training.

Compact Spinning Device

3-roller compact kit has simple structure and wide application of spinning varieties. Compact spinning, siro-compact spinning and ring spinning can be switched on the same machine according to different processing requests.

Electric Lifting System

This is a modification of the lifting system in the ring spinning frame, which simplifies the structure and increases the yarn reserve rate. After modification, the lifting process features digital operation, making it simple and convenient to operate.
