Product Description

TDGM Vibrating Fiber Feeder with Weighting Device Non-Woven Production Machine

TONGDA vibrating feeder is used for medium for coarse denier fibers to store the opened fiber and then facilitate the transfer of an even layer or even quantity of fiber across the width of the machine to feed the card. Average roller and stripping roller drive separately. Spiked lattice controlled by inverter. Photo electric sensors continually control fiber levels in the unit. In addition, there is a vibrating plate system for even and accurate feeding. This feeder is used for feeding fine to medium denier fibers to the card. The opened fiber is fed to upper trunk of this machine, after further opening by the beater, an even layer or even quantity of fiber is transferred to lower trunk by the circulation fan uniformly, then across the width of the machine to feed the card.
This TDGM-I Pneumatic Vibrating Feeder machine can automatically adjust the web uniform by a combination of photo electric sensors and pneumatic or air pressure control.

Advantage:
1)This Vibrating Feeder Machine is used to mix the opened fiber fully and feed evenly to next working procedure.
2)The photo-electricity controls the storage of the fiber trunk, through adjusting the vibrating plate to adjust feeding quantity.
3)Adopt the spiked lattice to transfer the fiber. The photo-electricity controls the output of the fiber trunk.
4)The end face of the axis has protecting tray to prevent the fiber rolling on beaters.
