Product Description

Wool Spinning Process Flow Machine for Worsted Yarn

This Combined machine line including the Teaser Card, the Worsted Card, the Gilling Frame, the Roving Frame, the Ring Frame, the Auto Winder and other supplementary machinery, it preliminarily loosens all kinds of washed wool or chemical fibers, removes impurities on mixing table, and adds appropriate emulsifier (i.e. wool oil) to make the fibers loose and evenly mixed, and then enters the carding sliver process for wool worsted spinning, which will be loosened. The blended wool is blended and sliced to produce a certain weight of roving, spinning and winding process, and then the final worsted wool yarn is spun.
