FA017 Reciprocating bale plucker series bale plucker is the first process of blowroom & card is suitable to each kind of cotton and chemical, viscose fiber length less than 76mm. The pluck arm, mounted with two beaters, can lift and revolve 180. The pluck arm moved to and back to pluck fiber above bale. The fiber plucked are sucked into the front feeder by air current through transport duct for further process.
FA117 Fine openers is one of suctching and blowing machinery whose function is for further opening and cleaning to cotton or chemical fiber being primary opened.
FA115 Chute feeder machine is a connecting unit between cards and blowroom whose function is to make fiber (after being opened and mixed) feed to card in even butt ensure continuous and even cotton Supply for card.
FA027 Series multi mixer is used for blending cotton, chemical fiber or blends. After fiber is filed into FA027, airflow blows it into every hopper evenly to form a airflow blending. The fiber in every hopper is conveyed in a 90 degree turn. And the excessive fiber is thrown into blending room to attain fine mixture.

Advantage:
Adopt saw-toothed beaters, which are divided into 3 groups, and fixed from inside from inside to outside according to the tooth setting from thin to thick so as to get fibers minor and uniform, thus it's advantageous to the blending and cleaning of next process.
Mode FA126 Weight Separator is used to remove heavier trashes and foreign matters in fiber tufts through centrifugal forces under the function of air currents. When iron matters pass through the bridge magnet, these matters are sucked and removed (with the function of semicircle grid bar, trashes are separated from fiber tufts). Then fibers are conveyed to the next process through suction pipes
