This machine is mainly to process all kinds of waste cotton, clips, leftover, waste yarn, thread, flock and flax etc. This machine is TD630 opening machine combined with mode1390 cotton recycling machine, that make the best result.
TD600 four roller opening machine is mainly to open cloth piece, leftover, yarn, waste cotton and knitted pieces etc. For fiber finishing rate, if two roller is 80%,and then four roller is 90%.
This machine uses high-speed centrifugal force to remove cotton impurities, loosen lint and clean dust-mainly processing lint cotton, cloth clips, flock, waste yarn, flax, etc.-and is designed and made based on local and inter-provincial characteristics and advanced experience.
The cutting machine uses a vertical cutting method. Waste is conveyed to the cutting device by a conveyor belt, then cut to the required size by the cutter for further recycling. It is equipped with a low-speed, high-torque motor, and the conveying process adopts a cycloidal pinwheel reducer with variable frequency speed regulation.
The vertically structured bale machine is hydraulically driven, consisting of a conveying fan, condenser, body hydraulic device and automatic control computer. It has two baling units, each openable in three directions for easy bale removal.
For such textile and light industries as cotton,wool,ramie or flax,chemical fiber and tobacco etc.
